HubSpot consulting

Make HubSpot earn its seat

You are paying for the whole platform and using about a third of it. We fix the parts that leak, build the workflows you keep meaning to build, and get sales and marketing looking at the same data.

Where it usually hurts

HubSpot rarely breaks loudly. It just quietly stops being worth what you pay for it.

Lifecycle stages that mean nothing

Everyone is an MQL, so nobody is. Sales stopped reading the label months ago.

Workflows that email people twice

Two workflows, one contact, one very annoyed prospect, and no clear owner of either.

Properties nobody deleted

Four hundred of them, twelve in real use, and a dropdown holding three spellings of the same value.

Sales and marketing reading different numbers

Marketing reports a great month. Sales says the leads were junk. Both are looking at real data, which is the problem.

What we do

Implementation and onboarding

Set the portal up around how you actually sell, not around the demo you were shown.

Portal audit and property cleanup

We cut the dead properties, fix the dirty dropdown values, and make lifecycle stages mean something again.

Workflow and sequence build-out

Automation that fires once, for the right person, at the right time, and that someone other than us can edit.

Integrations

Billing, support, ads, and your product data, connected so the record in HubSpot is the true one.

Reporting and attribution

Numbers you can defend in a board meeting, with a definition both teams signed off on.

Training and handover

Your team runs the portal after we leave, and they have the documentation to prove it.

How we work

Four steps. We look at your portal before we tell you what is wrong with it.

Audit

Read access to the portal, then a written picture of what is there: what fires, what leaks, and what you are paying for and never using.

Plan

A scope in writing: the changes, the order, the cost, and the things we think you should leave alone.

Build

Changes get built and tested before they go near your contact database, and you see progress weekly.

Handover

Documentation, a walkthrough, and support while your team takes it over.

Why BugPort

Senior hands on the keyboard

The person who scoped your work is the person who builds it. There is no junior behind a ticket queue.

You can reach us

Direct access to the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages across time zones.

A real company to contract with

BugPort LLC is registered in Delaware, USA. Normal contracts, normal invoices, normal recourse.

We write it down

Every workflow we build is documented, so your portal does not become a mystery the moment we leave.

Frequently asked questions

How do you price this?

We scope the work first, then quote a fixed price. There is no published rate card because the honest range is too wide: a property cleanup and a full multi-hub implementation are not the same job. After the audit you get a written scope with a number on it.

How long does it take?

The audit takes about a week. Most cleanups run a few weeks after that. A full implementation with integrations takes longer, and we will tell you that before you sign anything, not after.

Do you need super admin access?

We start read-only, which is enough to audit the portal. We ask for the access a specific change needs, when it needs it, and not before.

We have an in-house marketer. What changes?

They stop fighting the tool. Most in-house marketers know exactly what they want HubSpot to do and have no time to build it. We build it, document it, and hand it to them.

Which Hubs do we actually need?

Probably fewer than you have been sold. We do not resell HubSpot and take no commission, so telling you to buy less costs us nothing. If you are on a tier you do not need, we will say so.

What if we outgrow HubSpot?

Then you should move, and we will say so plainly. We also do the migration to Salesforce, so we have no incentive to keep you somewhere you have outgrown.

Who owns the work when you are done?

You do. Your portal, your data, your documentation. Nothing of ours sits in the middle that you have to keep paying for.

Tell us what your portal looks like

Send us the short version and we will come back with what an audit would cover and what it would cost. A person reads every one of these.

No sales sequence, no drip campaign. One human, one reply.
