How do I create a BugPort account?
Visit app.bugport.ai/signup to create a free account. You can sign up with your email or use a supported authentication provider.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. BugPort offers a free plan with 1 GB of storage, unlimited team members, and access to the browser plugin, widget, and dashboard.
How do I install the Chrome extension?
You can install the BugPort Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, sign in with your BugPort account to start capturing bug reports on any website.
How do I add the widget to my app?
Install the widget package with npm install @bugport.ai/widget, then add the <BugPortWidget /> component to your app with your project key. See the widget docs for full setup instructions.
Can I use BugPort with my team?
Yes. BugPort supports workspaces with unlimited team members on all plans. Invite your team from the dashboard to collaborate on bug reports.

Where is my data stored?
